My name is Anna, nice to meet you!
I am your Group Fitness & Personal Trainer and my motivation is your smiles at the end of the class. Yes, it’s not always easy to find the time to exercise. My vision is “Done is better than perfect“. Get these shoes, get out of your door and join the training. We will create some happiness hormones together and you will feel great afterwards.
To the mums (and dads!) out there: I totally feel you! I am a mum of 2 girls myself, been there, am still there, done that! đŸ™‚ You need this precious time for yourself & your body, and I am here to help you.

How come I started teaching group fitness?
Sport has always been an important part of my life. I danced for 15 years and participated in group fitness classes since my early age. I have always had this thought at the back of my head that I would love to stand actually in the front of the group and teach the class myself. This is how in 2016 I decided to pursue my dream and complete the education of a Group Fitness Instructor.

What do I know about postnatal fitness?
Encouraging mothers to stay active is a very special topic to my heart. I am a mum of two girls and based on my personal experience I understand how a mum-to-be or a mum can feel, and also all the changes the body goes through this special time of pregnancy and after birth. I also understand the importance of mums taking time to take care of themselves. This is why I completed the education of Pre- and Postnatal Fitness Instructor in 2021.

Why do I like teaching group fitness classes?
I love to share the healthy lifestyle and motivate people to move and do good for their bodies and mind. I love to push people to surpass their limits and the energy we share during a group training, as well as this so special feeling of accomplishment after it.

Is teaching group fitness & baby massage my main profession?
No, it’s not. But it’s definitely my heart profession! I am obsessed with mental and physical wellbeing with a strong will to support everybody who needs help to feel fitter in their body & mind.

Why Baby Massage classes? What are the benefits?
Becoming a parent is probably the most overwhelming life changing experience we can get. Baby Massage classes provide support for new parents and help them get to know their baby better, create bonding and secure attachment, develop empathy, trust and confidence. The nurturing touch that you will learn in Baby Massage classes can make a difference to your child throughout her/his life. The IAIM classes promote solidarity, help to break parental loneliness, reduce the incidence of maternal post-natal depression and help couples to adjust after giving birth.
